List Your Goods/Services: Prepare a complete list of goods or services associated with your trademark. You need to use the online classification tool provided by TMclass to categorize your products or services effectively. List can not be extended after filing. We recommend 1-20 items (Goods/Services) in one class, and avoid similar items (duplicates)
Select Countries: Choose one or more countries/territories listed on our website

Step 3: Search for Conflicts

Verify Availability: Use the online trademark search tool, such as TMview, to check for earlier identical registrations. This step helps prevent potential conflicts and strengthens the likelihood of yourtrademark’s successful registration.
Conflicting earlier registrations: In case you find earlier application or registration that is identical orverly similar to your intended trademark in the same classes, we recommend to choose different trademark.

Step 4: Submit Your Application

Fill Out the Online Form
Use our guided application form to provide your trademark details, select the goods/services, and choose the countries where you want protection.
