  • List of Goods/Services: Prepare a complete list of goods or services associated with your trademark. You need to use the online classification tool provided by TMclass to categorize your products or services effectively. List can not be extended after filing. We recommend 1-20 items (Goods/Services) in one class, and avoid similar items (duplicates).
  • List of Countries: Choose one or more countries/territories listed on our website.

Step Three: Search

  • Verify Availability: Use the online trademark search tool, such as TMview, to check for earlier identical registrations. This step helps prevent potential conflicts and strengthens the likelihood of your trademark’s successful registration.
  • Conflicting earlier registrations: In case you find earlier application or registration that is identical or very similar to your intended trademark in the same classes, we recommend to choose different trademark.

Step Four: Application

  • Download Application Form: Obtain our application form from our website or request it via email.
  • Fill Out Form: Complete the application form accurately, providing all necessary information about your trademark and associated goods/services.
  • Submit Application: Send the completed application form to us via email for review and processing.

  • Fee Information: Upon receiving your application, we will provide detailed information about the applicable fees for your trademark registration.
  • Payment Process: Follow the instructions provided to make the necessary payments for your trademark application. We ensure transparency and clarity regarding all fees involved.

Step Six: Reporting

  • Registration Process: Once your application and payment are received, we initiate the trademark registration process on your behalf.
  • Waiting Period: Allow time for the registration process to complete. This period varies depending on the jurisdiction and complexity of the application.
  • Certificate Issuance: Upon successful registration, you will receive a certificate confirming your trademark’s official registration status.
